Performance Mobility Screening

Recover | Naturally

Move Better.
Think Sharper.
Perform Without Limits.

Elite performance starts with two things most programs never test — how well your body moves and how well your brain recovers. ENRG addresses both.

Technology Overview

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE MOBILITY SCREENING & BRAINTAP?

Most athletes train the body. Very few train the system.

Performance Mobility Screening identifies the movement imbalances, compensation patterns, and structural deficiencies that accumulate under athletic load — the ones that don’t show up until they become an injury. It gives athletes and coaches a clear, data-driven picture of how the body is actually moving versus how it should be moving.

BrainTap is the other side of that equation.

Using a patented headset and app, BrainTap combines guided audio sessions, light frequency therapy, and brainwave entrainment technology to guide the brain into optimal states for recovery, focus, and performance. BrainTap; Where mobility screening addresses the physical foundation of performance, BrainTap addresses the neurological one.

Together, they form the most complete performance assessment and optimization protocol available to athletes at any level.

The body moves the way the brain allows it to. Train both — and everything changes.

Revolutionary Technology

HOW IT WORKS

This protocol isn’t stacked by accident. Mobility screening and BrainTap each target a distinct performance system — and together they give athletes a complete picture of where they are and a clear path to where they need to be.

Performance Mobility Screening — Movement Assessment

Our structured mobility screening process evaluates functional movement patterns across the major joints and kinetic chains of the body. Each screen identifies asymmetries, restrictions, and compensation patterns that indicate where the body is vulnerable and where performance is being limited.

The result is a prioritized roadmap — specific, actionable, and built around the demands of your sport. Athletes know exactly what to address, what to protect, and how to structure their training and recovery around a body that moves the way it was designed to.

BrainTap — Neurological Recovery & Mental Performance

BrainTap's technology uses light and sound frequencies delivered through a specialized headset to activate different neural pathways — guiding the brain into the specific states required for deep recovery, mental clarity, and peak performance focus.

Sessions use a combination of guided audio, brainwave entrainment, and auricular light therapy to shift the brain from high-stress sympathetic states into the deeper recovery and focus states braintap that elite performance demands. Think of it as a structured workout for the brain — repeatable, measurable, and grounded in neuroscience.

Identifying Imbalances Before They Become Injuries

Most athletic injuries don't happen randomly. They happen at the site of an existing imbalance that was never identified or addressed. Mobility screening catches those patterns early — giving athletes and coaches the information they need to intervene before breakdown occurs.

Identifying Your Needs

WHO IT'S FOR

Physical performance and mental performance are not separate systems. The athletes who treat them as one are the ones who last the longest and peak the highest.

Youth & High School Athletes

Movement imbalances that develop early compound quickly under competitive load. Screening young athletes gives coaches and parents the information needed to protect development and prevent the overuse injuries that derail athletic careers before they begin. BrainTap builds the mental foundation — focus, stress regulation, and sleep quality — that shapes how athletes compete for the rest of their careers.

Collegiate & Professional Athletes

At the highest levels, movement efficiency is a performance variable — not just an injury prevention tool. Elite athletes competing at the top of their sport cannot afford to have compensations in their movement patterns eating into their power, speed, or durability. BrainTap gives them the mental edge that separates competitors who perform under pressure from those who don't.

Athletes Returning From Injury

Post-injury movement compensation is one of the most overlooked re-injury risks in sport. Mobility screening identifies the patterns that developed during recovery and provides a structured plan to correct them before they cause another breakdown.

Adult Performance Clients

Movement restrictions accumulate with age and training history. Screening adult athletes gives them clarity on what is limiting their performance and exactly what to do about it. BrainTap supports the sleep quality, stress management, and cognitive sharpness that keep high-performing adults operating at levels they thought were behind them.

Movement Imbalances & Asymmetries

Left-right asymmetries in strength, mobility, and movement patterns are among the strongest predictors of athletic injury. Mobility screening identifies them early — giving athletes and coaches a targeted roadmap for correction before compensation becomes breakdown.

Injury Prevention

The majority of athletic injuries are preceded by identifiable movement deficiencies. Screening gives ENRG’s team the data needed to intervene at the right point — addressing vulnerability before it becomes an injury that sidelines an athlete for weeks or months.

Performance Limiters

Restricted hip mobility affects a sprinter’s stride. Limited thoracic rotation affects a baseball player’s swing. Screening connects the dots between movement quality and sport-specific performance — identifying exactly what is holding athletes back and how to address it.

Professional + Experienced

THE ENRG DIFFERENCE

Performance Mobility Screening and BrainTap are available at ENRG because we understand something most training programs don’t act on — that physical output is limited by physical structure, and physical structure is governed by the neurological system driving it.

You can train harder than anyone in the room and still underperform if your movement patterns are compensating for an imbalance nobody ever identified — or if your brain is too fatigued, too stressed, or too dysregulated to execute what your body is physically capable of.

At ENRG, we address the complete athlete. Movement. Recovery. Neurology. Structure.

This is what a performance system looks like when it’s built to actually work.

For Your Visit

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Mobility Screening Session Length:

30–45 minutes for initial assessment; follow-up sessions 20–30 minutes

  • BrainTap Session Length:

    20–30 minutes per session

  • Comfort Level:

Both protocols are completely non-invasive — the screening involves guided movement assessments and the BrainTap session is deeply relaxing

  • Downtime:

None — both can be integrated into any training day without impacting performance

  • Protocol:

Initial mobility screening followed by a structured correction plan; BrainTap sessions recommended 3–5 times per week for optimal neurological adaptation

  • Results:

Athletes typically report improved movement quality, reduced pain during training, better sleep, sharper focus, and a measurable improvement in stress management within the first two to three weeks of consistent use
